Refunds
Full Refund
- Go to Sales History in the POS app.
- Find the sale you want to refund.
- Tap Refund and confirm.
- The full amount is refunded and inventory is restored.
Partial Refund
- Find the sale in Sales History.
- Tap Partial Refund.
- Select which items to refund and specify quantities.
- Confirm the partial refund amount.
Change Payment Type
If a sale was recorded with the wrong payment method, you can change it:
- Find the sale in Sales History.
- Tap Change Payment.
- Select the correct payment type and confirm.
