Refunds

Full Refund

  1. Go to Sales History in the POS app.
  2. Find the sale you want to refund.
  3. Tap Refund and confirm.
  4. The full amount is refunded and inventory is restored.

Partial Refund

  1. Find the sale in Sales History.
  2. Tap Partial Refund.
  3. Select which items to refund and specify quantities.
  4. Confirm the partial refund amount.

Change Payment Type

If a sale was recorded with the wrong payment method, you can change it:

  1. Find the sale in Sales History.
  2. Tap Change Payment.
  3. Select the correct payment type and confirm.
