Open Tickets

Open tickets are orders that haven't been paid yet — ideal for dine-in restaurants.

Creating a Ticket

1. Add items to the cart as usual.
2. Instead of charging, tap Save Ticket.
3. Optionally assign a table number, customer name, or ticket name.
4. The ticket is saved and can be resumed later.

Managing Tickets

• Resume — Tap a ticket to resume it and add more items or charge.
• Add Items — Open a ticket and add more items without closing it.
• Void Items — Remove individual items from an open ticket.
• Void Ticket — Cancel the entire ticket.
• Find by Table — Search tickets by table number.
