Setting Up the POS App

The KukuExpress POS app runs on Android and iOS tablets and phones.

Installation

1. Download the KukuExpress POS app from the app store.
2. Open the app and log in with your account credentials.
3. Select your store from the list.
4. The device will be automatically registered.

First-Time Sync

On first login, the app downloads your product catalog, categories, payment types, discounts, and staff data. This may take a moment depending on your catalog size.

Offline Mode

The POS app works offline. Sales are queued locally and synced automatically when connectivity is restored. You'll see a sync indicator showing pending items.
