Back Office Overview

The back office (vendor portal) is your web-based management dashboard accessible from any browser.

Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar contains all major sections:

  • Dashboard — Overview of today's sales and key metrics
  • Products — Product catalog, categories, modifiers, discounts
  • Customers — Customer database, analytics, loyalty
  • Users — Staff management, roles, invitations
  • Reports — Sales reports, financial reports, shift reconciliation
  • Inventory — Rooms, stock counts, transfers, history
  • Purchasing — Suppliers, purchase orders, goods receipts
  • Production — Production templates and orders
  • Accounting — Chart of accounts, journal entries, financial statements
  • HR — Schedules, attendance, payroll, leave management
  • Settings — Store settings, payment types, devices, receipt layout

Multi-Store

If you manage multiple stores, use the store switcher at the top of the sidebar to switch between them.
