Social Media Scheduling

Connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, then create, schedule, and publish posts directly from the app. Includes AI-powered captions, multi-page posting, recurring schedules, and a visual calendar.

Connecting Accounts

1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Click Connect Facebook Page.
3. Authorize the app and select which Pages to connect.
4. Instagram Business accounts linked to your Facebook Pages are connected automatically.

Connected Pages use never-expiring Page Access Tokens, so they stay connected until you disconnect them.

Creating a Post

1. Go to Content → Social Media.
2. Click Compose.
3. Select one or more Pages/accounts to post to.
4. Write your caption or use AI Generate to create one (choose tone, hashtags, and call-to-action options).
5. Upload images or select from the Gallery.
6. Choose when to post:
   • Post Now — publishes immediately
   • Schedule — pick a date and time (10 minutes to 6 months ahead)
   • Save as Draft — save for later editing
   • Recurring Schedule — set up a repeating schedule
   • Advance Posts — batch-create multiple scheduled posts

Supported Post Types

Multi-Page Posting

When you select 2 or more Pages, the per-page content editor appears:

• Randomize Captions — AI generates a unique caption for each page in one click, avoiding duplicate content detection.
• Shuffle Images — randomizes image order per page.
• Stagger Timing — offsets each page's publish time by 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes to prevent spam flags.
• Each page's caption and images can be edited individually before submitting.

Recurring Schedules

Set up posts that repeat automatically:

1. In the compose modal, select Recurring Schedule.
2. Choose a frequency: Daily, Weekly (pick days), Biweekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
3. Set the time, start date, and optional end condition (never, after N posts, or on a specific date).
4. The system generates concrete posts each day at midnight, and the publisher picks them up every 5 minutes.

View and manage recurring templates from the Recurring tab in the Social Media page. Recurring events appear in purple on the calendar.

Advance Posts (Batch Scheduling)

Create up to 52 posts at once, each with its own image and caption:

1. Select exactly 1 account, then choose Advance Posts.
2. Upload images — each image becomes one post.
3. Add optional context per post, then use AI Generate All to create unique captions.
4. Set the schedule (daily or weekly) and start date.

Calendar View

Switch to the Calendar tab to see all scheduled, published, and recurring posts in a monthly view. Click any event to open its details.
