Manage Engagement, Comments & Visitor Posts

Mar 11, 2026 · 2 views

The Social Media module lets you manage engagement on your published Facebook posts — view insights, manage comments, and monitor visitor activity on your Pages — all from one dashboard.

Requirements:
  • The Marketing & Content module must be enabled (Settings → Modules).
  • You need marketing.manage_social_media permission or be the store owner.
  • At least one Facebook Page must be connected via Settings → Integrations.

Post Engagement Insights

After publishing a post or reel to Facebook, you can view its engagement metrics directly in the app:

  1. Go to Content → Social Media from the sidebar.
  2. Click on any published Facebook post or reel to open the detail modal.
  3. The Engagement card loads automatically, showing:
    • Likes — total reactions on the post
    • Comments — total comment count
    • Shares — number of shares
    • Views — video view count (for reels only)
    • Reach — unique users who saw the post
    • Impressions — total times the post was displayed

Comment Management

Below the engagement card, you'll find the Comments section where you can interact with comments on your posts:

Viewing Comments

Comments load automatically when you open a published Facebook post. Each comment shows:

  • Author name and timestamp
  • Like count and reply count
  • The comment message

Click Load more comments at the bottom to see older comments.

Replying to Comments

There are two ways to reply:

  • New comment: Use the text input at the top of the comments section to post a new comment as your Page.
  • Reply to a specific comment: Click the Reply button under any comment, type your response, and press Send.

Deleting Comments

Click the Delete button next to any comment your Page has posted. Note: you can only delete comments made by your Page, not comments from visitors.

Visitor Posts

The Visitor Posts tab shows content that others have posted on your Facebook Page or tagged your Page in.

Viewing Visitor Posts

  1. Go to Content → Social Media and click the Visitor Posts tab.
  2. Select a Facebook Page from the dropdown.
  3. Toggle between:
    • Visitor Posts — posts made by visitors directly on your Page
    • Tagged — posts where your Page has been tagged/mentioned

Each post shows the author, message, image (if any), likes, comments, a link to view on Facebook, and a reply form.

Replying to Visitor Posts

Use the reply input at the bottom of each visitor post card to comment as your Page. This is a great way to engage with customers who mention or review your business.

Integrations Settings

Manage your connected services from Settings → Integrations:

  • Facebook Pages — connect/manage Pages for posting and engagement
  • Instagram — auto-linked via connected Facebook Pages
  • Telegram Bot — configure for order notifications
  • Google Drive — connect for file storage integration

To link your personal Facebook or Google account for login, go to your Profile page instead.
