Importing Products
- Go to Products and click Import.
- Upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file. The first row should be column headers.
- Map Columns — Match your file columns to system fields (name, price, SKU, etc.). The system auto-maps common header names.
- Preview — Review matched vs. new products, check for duplicates.
- Execute — Import the products.
Exporting Products
Click Export on the products page to download your entire catalog as a CSV file. Use Export Template to get a blank template for filling in new products.
