The Proposal Writer helps you create professional business proposals quickly. Use the guided wizard to generate a proposal with AI, edit it to perfection, export as PDF, and email directly to clients.
Creating a Proposal
There are two ways to create a proposal:
Guided Wizard
- Go to Proposals in the sidebar and click Wizard.
- Fill in key details: client name, project description, goals, and scope.
- Click Generate — the AI creates a complete proposal with sections, pricing, and terms.
- Review and edit the generated content.
- Save when satisfied.
Manual Creation
- Click Create Proposal for a blank editor.
- Write your proposal content using the rich text editor.
- Use AI Compose to generate or improve specific sections.
Branding
Proposals automatically include your store's logo and branding. Upload your logo in store settings to have it appear on all proposals and PDFs.
PDF Export
Click Export PDF to generate a professionally formatted PDF document. The PDF includes your logo, proposal content, and proper formatting.
Email Delivery
Send proposals directly to clients via email:
- Click Send Email on any proposal.
- Enter the recipient's email address.
- Optionally use AI Compose to generate a cover email.
- The proposal PDF is attached automatically.
