The HR performance system includes daily routine templates, KPI tracking, and structured performance reviews to help you manage and evaluate your team.
Routine Templates
Create daily task checklists that are automatically assigned to employees when they clock in.
- Go to HR → Routine Templates.
- Click Create Template.
- Name the routine and assign it to a role (e.g., "Opening Cashier Routine").
- Add checklist items in order (drag to reorder).
- Set an XP reward for completing the routine.
When an employee in that role clocks in, the system automatically creates a routine mission on the Dashboard with the checklist items. The employee checks off items as they go, and the mission auto-completes at 100%.
KPI Tracking
Define and track Key Performance Indicators for your team:
- Go to HR → KPIs.
- Create KPI definitions with a name, measurement unit, and period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Set targets per role — different roles can have different targets for the same KPI.
- KPIs can be:
- Automatic — calculated from system data (sales count, attendance rate, on-time rate, missions completed, routine completion rate)
- Manual — scored by managers with notes
- Click Refresh Scores to recalculate all automatic KPIs.
Performance Reviews
Conduct structured performance reviews with data-driven insights:
- Go to HR → Performance.
- View the overview grid showing all employees with their metrics for the selected period.
- Click an employee to see their detailed performance dashboard:
- Mission completion rate and on-time rate
- Average work hours and routine completion
- Priority breakdown of completed missions
- Full mission history
- Create a Performance Review with ratings (1-5 stars) for missions, punctuality, initiative, and teamwork, plus written feedback on strengths, improvements, and goals.
- Reviews start as Draft, then get Published for the employee to see.
- Employees view their published reviews at My Workplace → My Reviews and can acknowledge them.
