Sponsored Delivery Coupons
A sponsored coupon lets you, as a fleet operator, give customers a discount on their delivery fee and pay for it from your operator wallet. In return, every booking that uses your coupon is dispatched only to your own drivers — the customer's discounted order becomes exclusive to your fleet.
How the money works
- The customer applies your code at checkout and pays the discounted delivery fee (in cash on delivery, or online).
- The booking still records the full fare, so your driver's earnings are calculated on the full amount — they are never short-changed for honouring a promo.
- When your driver completes the delivery, the discount moves from your operator wallet to the driver's wallet. Nothing is charged for bookings that are cancelled or never completed.
- Keep your operator wallet funded. If it runs negative, your fleet's dispatch pauses until you top up — which also pauses your coupons.
Creating a coupon
Go to Fleet → Sponsored Coupons and tap New Coupon. You can set:
- Code & name — the code is what customers type; it is shared platform-wide and must be unique.
- Discount — a fixed peso amount off delivery, or a percentage (use 100% for free delivery). A percentage discount can carry a maximum peso cap.
- Minimum order subtotal / minimum delivery fare — thresholds the order must meet.
- Uses per customer and maximum total uses — usage limits.
- Who can use it — everyone, or first-time customers only (new to your fleet, first order from the merchant store, or first order on the platform ever). First-order checks match by account and phone number, so re-registering with a new email doesn't reset eligibility.
- Total budget — the campaign automatically stops once the sponsored discounts reach this amount.
- Schedule — optional start and expiry, and an active/paused switch.
Where your coupon is available
A sponsored coupon only appears to a customer when your fleet can actually serve them — that is, when at least one of your drivers is online near the pickup. If none of your drivers is in range, the coupon isn't offered, so customers never get stranded on a booking nobody can accept.
Restricting a coupon to selected stores
By default a coupon works at any store your fleet covers. To limit it to specific merchants — for example a partner restaurant — open the Valid at stores section when creating or editing the coupon and tick the stores you want. The list suggests merchants inside your fleet's coverage area (once your drivers are online and reporting location). Leave every box unchecked to keep the coupon valid at any store you can serve.
Tracking redemptions
The Sponsored Coupons page shows 30-day totals — amount sponsored, redemptions settled, and in-flight (reserved) bookings — plus your current operator wallet balance. The Recent Redemptions tab, and the list icon on each coupon, show exactly which bookings used a code, the customer, the driver, the fare, the discount, and the settlement status.
