Staff Management
Adding Staff
There are two ways to add staff:
- Create directly — Go to HR > Staff List, click Add User, fill in their details and assign a role.
- Invite by email — Go to HR > Staff List, click Invite, enter their email. They'll receive a link to join your store.
Multi-Store Assignment
A single employee can be assigned to multiple stores with different roles at each store.
Departments
Organize your team into departments:
- Go to HR > Departments.
- Create departments (e.g., Kitchen, Front of House, Management).
- Assign a department lead for each department.
- Add members to departments — employees can belong to multiple departments.
Org Chart
View your organization's reporting structure visually via HR > Org Chart. The chart is built automatically based on role levels and department assignments:
- Level 5 (Director) — top of the hierarchy
- Level 4 (Manager) — manages supervisors and below
- Level 3 (Supervisor) — manages leads and staff
- Level 2 (Senior/Lead) — senior team members
- Level 1 (Staff) — regular employees
Higher-level employees can manage lower-level ones within their department. The store owner can manage everyone regardless of level.
201 File Tracking
Track required employee documents (government IDs, contracts, clearances) with the 201 File Tracking system:
- Go to HR > 201 File Tracking.
- Define the required file types for your store (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, NBI Clearance).
- Track which employees have submitted each required document.
- Mark documents as verified or rejected with notes.
Face Recognition
Upload face photos for employees to enable face recognition-based attendance clock-in/clock-out via the POS app.
