Connect your Google Drive account to browse and import images directly into your store's Gallery. Use Drive images in social media posts, content planner, and image studio without downloading and re-uploading.
Connecting Google Drive
- Go to Gallery and click the Google Drive tab.
- Click Connect Google Drive.
- Sign in with your Google account and grant read-only access.
- Once connected, you can browse your Drive folders directly from the Gallery.
Browsing & Importing
- Navigate through your Drive folders using the folder browser.
- Search for files by name.
- Select images you want to import (up to 20 at a time, max 25 MB each).
- Click Import — files are copied to your store's cloud storage.
- Imported images appear in the Gallery under the "All" tab and can be used across all features.
Using in Social Media
When composing a social media post, click Drive in the gallery picker to browse and import images on the fly. Imported images are immediately available for your post.
Storage
Imported files count toward your store's storage quota. The system checks available space before importing.
Disconnecting
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Google Drive. Previously imported files remain in your Gallery.
