Drivers earn a competitive rating called DR that rises with completed bookings and good customer ratings, and falls with declines, post-accept abandons, and cancellations. The rating places each driver in a tier with visible badges and perks.
How Points Work
Every booking event awards or deducts points: completions and 5-star ratings add, declines cost a little, and abandoning a booking after accepting costs significantly more than declining up front. Post-accept abandons are tracked separately from declines, so the score reflects reliability — not just volume.
Tiers & Perks
Accumulated DR maps to tiers (with a stars-per-tier progression). Each tier can carry:
- Perks — descriptive benefits shown in the driver app's Ranks & Benefits screen, with per-operator overrides.
- Tier-gated reward rules — operator bonuses that only drivers at or above a tier can claim. Bonuses cascade up the ladder: a rule gated at Silver also applies to Gold and above.
Leaderboard
Operators see a driver leaderboard on the fleet performance page with clickable rows for each driver's history. Customers also see the assigned driver's tier on their booking details.
DR Animations on Accept and Pass
Drivers now see their Driver Rating move in real time: accepting a booking pops a green +DR animation, and passing an assigned booking shows the red penalty as it lands. Each booking scores a driver's accept or pass only once — repeating the same action on the same booking awards nothing and shows no animation. Completion keeps its own celebration with the full points earned.
