Store Vouchers
A store voucher is a discount code you fund that comes straight off the order subtotal for your online delivery customers. Unlike an operator's shipping voucher, there is no wallet to top up and no fleet involved — the discount simply reduces what you receive on the order, and it flows automatically through every receipt, report, and payout.
Creating a voucher
Go to Sales & CRM → Store Vouchers and tap New Voucher. You can set a code and name, a fixed-peso or percentage discount (with an optional maximum cap), a minimum order subtotal, per-customer and total-use limits, a total budget, first-order-only rules, and a schedule.
How customers use it
- Store vouchers are valid only on your own store's orders — a code from one store won't work at another, and they don't apply to standalone parcel (Kukurier) bookings.
- At checkout the customer taps the Shop Voucher row to pick or enter a code.
- A customer can stack one store voucher together with one operator shipping voucher on the same order — one discounts your items, the other discounts the delivery fee.
Tracking redemptions
The Store Vouchers page shows 30-day totals for discounts given and orders completed, and each voucher lists exactly which orders used it. A voucher that already has redemptions can be paused but not deleted, so your history stays intact.
