Loyalty Program

Reward repeat customers with a points-based loyalty system.

Setup

1. Go to Marketing > Loyalty.
2. Enable the loyalty program.
3. Configure points per currency unit spent (e.g., 1 point per 100 pesos).
4. Set up reward tiers if desired.

How Points Work

• Points are earned automatically when a sale is linked to a customer.
• Points can be redeemed at the POS during checkout.
• Point balances are tracked per customer.
