The Messaging Hub is a unified inbox for all your business communications. Send and receive messages via Email, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger — all from a single page.
Accessing Messages
Click Messages in the sidebar. The inbox shows all conversations across all channels, sorted by most recent activity.
Channels

| Configured in store settings (SMTP) | Send/receive emails to suppliers, customers, and any email address. Supports AI-composed drafts. | |
| Telegram | Connect a Telegram Bot via Settings → Integrations | Send messages to employees who have linked their Telegram account. Also receives order notifications and document uploads. |
| Messenger | Automatically enabled when Facebook Pages are connected | Two-way messaging with customers who message your Facebook Page. Replies must be within 24 hours of the customer's last message (Facebook policy). |
Sending Messages
- Click a contact in the sidebar to open their thread.
- If the contact has multiple channels (e.g., both Email and Telegram), use the channel toggle to switch.
- Type your message and click Send.
AI Compose
When sending emails, click AI Compose to generate a professional email draft. Describe what you want to say, and the AI will write a polished email that you can review and edit before sending.
Contact Types
The inbox shows conversations with:
- Suppliers — email threads with your suppliers
- Customers — Messenger conversations from your Facebook Page
- Staff — Telegram messages with employees
Search
Use the search bar at the top of the contact list to find conversations by name, email, or message content.
